At Whispering Pines, we do things differently. All of our lots are located within a gated community that’s only a step or two away from the golf course or lake. This makes it a safe place for kids and grandkids to play and where families can enjoy themselves with peace of mind.
Whispering Pines has a wide variety of amenities available to the community including a heated indoor pool, an over-sized hot tub, a sun deck, an exercise facility, a private sandy beach, pickleball, beach volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, 2 children’s playgrounds, a driving range, putting green, convenience store, liquor store, snack shack, badminton court, community fire-pit and a large green space park.
All of our residents enjoy the benefits of a care free community as well. Our team takes care of mowing your lawn and the daily upkeep of all our phases. This means you can spend more time drinking your coffee (or something stronger) and less time doing chores.
