Introducing the 2019 Whispering Pines Owners Garage Sale, a day that any Whispering Pines owner can set up a pile of treasures and junk in front of their place and watch for other owners  pay to haul it away.

OUR GOAL: is to create the Ultimate Resort Wide Garage Sale; offering treasure seekers a multitude garage sales at owner’s lots spread over the six phases of Whispering Pines.

PARTICIPATION: Open to all owners in all phases

NOTE: This is an event for owners and is not open the general public, nor will it be advertised to the general public, gates for each phase will remain closed. Owner will have the ability to use a golf cart or walk from phase to phase searching for treasures, socializing and meeting other owners in other phases. If you make a purchase, which requires a vehicle to haul away the item, please make gate access arrangements with that owner / resident
