Whispering Pines is excited to offer you great new building options, Options you will not find at other resorts. Working with the county of Red Deer Larry Dyck our General Manager has gotten approved exciting new rezoning options that were not available in our earlier phases. These new development re-zoning option allows you the freedom to develop your lot to standards and levels that weren't available in our previous phases.
Start out by placing your RV on your lot to enjoy leisure living at Alberta's Premier Golf & Lake Resort. Now however with the new rezoning options you now have the ability to upgrade your dwelling anytime up to a stick built year round cottage or cabin of approximately 2500sq.ft..
There is no time line or requirement to develop your lot beyond a RV lot, but the option is there. The new zoning upgrades allows you a build a full basement and elevations up to 26' in height from mid grade of your lot.
This rezoning option will ensure your land value appreciates over time, potential future buyers will look and value your lot to their ability to construct a cottage or cabin with a full basement that offers year round usage. We already have a number of owners that call Whispering Pines home. They sold their homes in major centers for big bucks, built a year round residence here and pocketed the rest.
If you love the snowbird life, we are the perfect place to be since our maintenance staff is there year round to plow snow, ensure services are uninterrupted and provide year round security.
